Fun & Frolics
It might not seem so, but we do have neighbours! Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm - please don't set off any fireworks.

Door/French Window keys
The keys for the Patio/French Doors are hanging on hooks above the doors.
The Porch door – from kitchen to Porch (for mop & bucket etc) is unlocked but a bit stiff!
The Lounge/Porch and Decking Porch doors are kept permanently locked.
The Sauna door is not locked.
Power Cut
If you suspect a power cut, check the Fuse Box first, it’s in the downstairs toilet. If there has been a complete outage, it could be in the area. Check power cut status here; The National Grid ( our post code GL17 9SX)
If the problem is just at the cottage, contact us (07949005456).
When the power is restored, the Oven needs to be ‘rebooted’. You’ll see that the clock numbers are flashing, press the two gold colour ‘underscores’ and then reset the time, the oven should then be ready to use.

Pubs
All pubs in the area are dog friendly, some may ask you to remain in the bar. The closest ‘local’ is 15 minutes walk away.

Watering System
This is located outside, under the kitchen sink. it controls the watering system for the decking plants. Please leave it on.
The right hand opener is broken/permently closed awaiting repair.
Torch: In the hallway – on coat hook.
Fire Extinguisher: In the Kitchen beside the Fridge; one in the changing area of the Sauna
First Aid: In cupboard under sink in kitchen
Spare Light Bulbs: In dresser in dining room
Electrical Fuse Box: In downstairs cloakroom
Burglar alarm and outside camera - not operational.
Stopcock: Behind wooden sliding cover in hallway below alarm
